Final Steps

Closing out summer with final paint colours, heat pump installed, sod and stepping stones laid, and fireplace complete.

While we were away, our last blower door test came back with an air tightness score of 1.09 ACH, well below the net zero home standard of 1.5. Congrats to the team for hitting this key metric! @twinlionscontracting @capitalhomeenergy

Just a couple final inspections to clear before occupancy. It feels very surreal to be coming to the end of our journey and have movers booked 😳😁. With fall and back-to-school on the horizon, we are so looking forward to settling in.
