Permit and Patience

There are two things in life that, as adults, we don’t have any control over:

1) when a baby decides to arrive in the world 2) when a District department decides to review and approve a building permit

Jokes aside, for someone who thrives on being organized, having a solid work plan and tracking steady progress, not knowing when we’ll clear the permit hurdle and be able to start our renovation is challenging!
