The Property

What we like about the property is the location, solar access (yes, in North Vancouver!) position on the street, and views north and south.

The house has “solid bones” and reasonable sized rooms for the era. The interior was modified over the years to accommodate aging owners, meaning that significant layout changes to the main floor would be needed to get it to work for our active family of 4.
