Roof Update

Perfect conditions to raise the roof!!

Final framing prep this week for craning trusses into place. Engineered roof trusses are ideal for large spans or complex roof geometries. Our trusses will hold solar panels on south facing aspects and allow for R-60 insulation through a combo of blown-in and batt insulation.

So great to see our vaulted roof finally take shape! We deliberated for a while on the roofline and are really pleased with how a central gable changes the look and feel of the house.
