Drainage

This week is all about trenching for drainage and below grade plumbing. It’s been a very wet few weeks (North Van, what can you do!) but at least the temperatures are mild. 

The foundation and slab seem to be in great condition given their age (1958) which is a relief. Lots of wood getting stock-piled for reuse in forming thicker walls. Next up - underpinning, structural work and then we start building back up.
